As you know Escrick Street (at the side of school) can become very congested around drop off and pick up times. The school council will be sending home a letter soon to remind parents and carers to walk, scoot or bike to school where possible or to use other nearby streets to park their cars. There will also be 2 new additions on Escrick street every morning to remind people to park sensibly. Here are 2 school councillors showing off our new additions:

 

Alongside this each family at school will receive a parking booklet produced by the travel plan office at the City of York Council. They have also produced a short animation about sensible parking around schools. Please click on the link below:
