The school council and Mr Deakin have launched a Key Stage 2 invention competition. We are inviting pupils to invent something which could improve school life. 

Letters have come home this week and all you need to do, if you want to enter, is to complete the design sheet attached to the letter. You can invent by yourself or in groups (maximum of 4 per group).

At this stage you do not need to make your amazing invention but just design it. Your teacher will look at all designs and pick one winner per class.

The winner from each class will then receive £10 to make their invention. They will then be asked to come and pitch their idea to a panel of judges who will decide on the overall winner.

So get your thinking caps on and come up with a great idea…all entries to be handed in to your class teacher by Friday 8th February.
