As part of their Ancient Greeks Topic, and with links to the General Election last week, Year 5 and 6 have been discussing the development of democracy in Ancient Greece. We have had class votes on four different types of government; oligarchy, tyranny, monarchy and democracy. There were great debates held in order to settle this in the manner of the Ancient Greeks!

We have looked at Oath all Athenian men took, and devised our own oaths for life today.
