Happy New Year!

This week in English we are focusing on our class story: Wonder. We are using the book to develop our reading comprehension skills. Alongside this, we are revising relative clauses and the use of the colon and semi-colon.

Spellings are ibly/ably words.

In maths we will be using practical activities to represent equivalent fractions. Later in the week we will use written methods to calculate with fractions.

In Geography we are learning how to use atlases to identify features and find locations on a world map.
